Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable realme products.
- Demonstrate smartphone features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Keep updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist with stock inventory management and store replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Passionate about technology and the smartphone industry.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Results-oriented and motivated to grow within a tech-forward company.
