Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to all store visitors.
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of realme products.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing brand store environment.
- Stay updated with the latest product specifications, features, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues with professionalism.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock requirements to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in mobile phones or electronics, is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin (advantageous for the Johor Bahru market).
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable.
- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Passionate about consumer technology and lifestyle gadgets.
