As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving store revenue and enhancing brand reputation through superior service and product knowledge.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product features and specifications.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the latest realme devices and technology.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards and is always clean and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with a strong passion for technology and consumer electronics.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in sales and revenue growth.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work well within a team.
