As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering premium customer experiences, showcasing our cutting-edge AIoT ecosystem, and driving sales growth in one of Kuala Lumpur's most vibrant retail hubs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice to customers regarding realme smartphones and AIoT devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the realme Brand Store to ensure an premium brand aesthetic.
- Manage inventory levels, including regular stock checks and ensuring proper replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing after-sales support and product setup guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and competitor product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with higher education are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile communications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (to effectively interact with a diverse customer base).
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by mall operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn technical product specifications quickly and explain them in simple, compelling terms.
