Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high level of customer service and product information.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features of realme devices to potential buyers.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store to reflect the brand's premium image.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Support the store manager in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily stock counts.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotional events and activities to boost sales engagement.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holders or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Enthusiastic about technology and familiar with the latest smartphones and gadgets.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
