PT. Virtus Visio Vortexa is looking for a talented Brand Strategist to develop and execute brand strategies for our prestigious client, Obihiro Nikudon. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand identity and positioning of a leading Japanese-inspired food brand in the dynamic Indonesian market.
As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, defining market positioning, and creating strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product development to ensure consistent brand delivery across all touchpoints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities
- Create compelling brand messaging, positioning statements, and communication frameworks
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels
- Define brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Lead brand planning sessions and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or strategic marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages (written and verbal)
- Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and content planning
- Track record of developing successful brand campaigns and initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
