We are currently seeking a creative and analytical Brand Strategy Manager to join our Regional Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, driving market penetration strategies, and ensuring our marketing initiatives resonate with millions of users across the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling brand strategies that fuel our growth.

As a Brand Strategy professional at Shopee, you will act as the architect of our brand's future. You will leverage deep consumer insights and market trends to build robust brand frameworks that differentiate Shopee in a competitive landscape. Your work will directly impact our user acquisition, retention, and overall brand equity.   • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with Shopee’s business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in the e-commerce sector.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and performance analysis.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive cross-departmental alignment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems.
