In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our holistic marketing strategy, from digital campaigns to community building. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand voice remains consistent, empathetic, and innovative. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage end-to-end branding initiatives, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs in lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns and promotional activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, particularly within the mother and baby sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for building brands that resonate with customers.
