Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage end-to-end branding initiatives, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, particularly within the mother and baby sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for building brands that resonate with customers.
