This pivotal role oversees the entire breeding cycle from parent stock maintenance to chick production, ensuring genetic excellence and operational efficiency. You'll implement biosecurity protocols, manage breeding programs, and optimize resource utilization in a high-integrity agricultural environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain industry-leading standards in animal welfare, nutrition, and hatchery operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily breeding operations including parent stock management, mating programs, and fertility monitoring
- Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease transmission and ensure flock health
- Manage breeding schedules, inventory control, and production records to optimize efficiency
- Supervise farm staff, conduct training programs, and enforce operational safety standards
- Monitor breeding performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with nutritionists and veterinarians to maintain optimal flock health
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and animal welfare standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry breeding or commercial farm management
- Proven expertise in breeding program management and genetic selection
- Strong knowledge of biosecurity protocols and disease prevention
- Experience with farm record-keeping systems and production metrics
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop farm teams
- Problem-solving abilities for operational and flock health challenges
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in rural farm environments
