- Consult with clients to understand wedding gown and fashion requirements
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and product demonstrations
- Measure clients accurately for custom fittings and alterations
- Manage inventory and ensure display areas are visually appealing
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Coordinate with seamstresses and suppliers for custom orders

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; fashion design or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bridal/fashion fabrics, styles, and sizing
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic measurement and fitting techniques
