As a Bridal Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service and styling advice tailored to individual tastes and body types. You will guide clients through their bridal journey, ensuring they feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated on their special day. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting personalized one-on-one consultations to understand client preferences, style, and body type.
- Providing expert advice on gown selection, fabric, and styling accessories to enhance the bridal look.
- Assisting with fittings and making necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.
- Representing the Livatelier brand with high professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Building long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborating with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the bridal fashion, retail, or customer service industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or design is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during fittings and client consultations.
