As a Broiler Farm Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our production excellence. You will lead a high-performing team, manage farm biosecurity protocols, and ensure the health and welfare of our flock, all while maintaining the high-quality standards that GAMA Foods is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily farm operations including feeding, ventilation, and flock management to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Implement and strictly enforce rigorous biosecurity measures and animal welfare protocols.
- Manage, train, and mentor farm staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze farm productivity data, including feed conversion ratios, mortality rates, and weight gain.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on production metrics and inventory levels.
- Maintain farm facilities, equipment, and housing to ensure a clean and efficient environment.
- Coordinate with technical and veterinary teams to address health issues and implement preventative care programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in poultry production management, specifically with broiler operations.
- Strong understanding of modern poultry husbandry, ventilation systems, and biosecurity protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to work in a rural farm environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and farm management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and operational efficiency goals.
