Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate property viewings and appointments between brokers and clients
- Maintain and nurture relationships with real estate brokers and agents
- Ensure smooth communication between brokers, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and distribute property listings and marketing materials to brokers
- Track and manage transaction documents and ensure timely completion
- Provide brokers with accurate property information and market insights
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the transaction process
- Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain broker partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate coordination or brokerage support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using property management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
