- Manage and cultivate a high-performing network of real estate brokers to maximize property sales in the Lipa area.
- Implement and monitor strategic sales and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales performance reports, market analyses, and timely updates to management and property sellers.
- Oversee the comprehensive broker onboarding process, including documentation, training, and orientation on company policies and property portfolio.
- Act as the central point of contact for all broker inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing seamless administrative and sales support.
- Coordinate the accurate and timely processing of sales documentation, reservations, contracts, and commission payouts.
- Plan and execute engaging broker events, sales blitzes, property tours, and incentive programs to maintain momentum and motivation.
- Monitor competitor activities and evolving market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a closely related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in sales coordination, broker management, or real estate operations.
- Proven knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically the residential and commercial market dynamics in Batangas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in both English and Filipino.
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Lipa City, Batangas, and travel to various project sites as needed.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a personal vehicle is a significant advantage for field work and broker visits.
