- Manage and maintain comprehensive brokerage documentation and filing systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and communications professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of all records
- Support office operations through coordination of administrative tasks
- Assist in preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
