Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans across multiple departments.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, providing detailed explanations for deviations.
- Maintain and refine financial forecasting models to support business strategy and operational agility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align departmental spending with organizational objectives.
- Prepare high-level financial reports and management presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee cost-control initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes and internal controls through automation and best-practice implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in budget management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or management accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling and data manipulation skills).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
