Join Hajris Holdings as a Budget and Planning Executive for our flagship F&B brand Q Bistro! This critical role will drive financial excellence by supporting our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic budgets, monitor performance against forecasts, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability. As a key contributor to our financial health, you'll analyze trends, prepare executive reports, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and analyze departmental budgets for Q Bistro operations
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to gather financial data and operational insights
- Assist in the preparation of annual strategic plans and capital expenditure proposals
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives and menu developments
- Support month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Present financial findings to senior management to drive data-driven decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of F&B industry financial metrics and cost structures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
