Bilrey Construction is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Budget Control Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City. We are looking for a finance professional who can drive financial discipline, manage complex budgets, and ensure the profitability of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and cost control processes. You will act as a key partner to project managers, providing analytical insights to optimize resource allocation and minimize financial risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts and analyze significant variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to control costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
- Review invoices and payment requests to ensure accuracy and validity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget control, cost accounting, or financial management.
- Proven experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
