Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze budget performance against actual expenditures
- Prepare regular budget reports and variance analyses for management review
- Assist in the development of departmental and organizational budgets
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure budget compliance
- Identify and report budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the annual budgeting process and forecasting activities
- Participate in financial audits and compliance reviews as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in budget control or financial management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
