Tanggung Jawab
- Review and consolidate annual departmental budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, identifying root causes of deviations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to establish realistic budget parameters and timelines
- Prepare comprehensive budget reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor budget execution and recommend corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting or financial control
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in CMA or ACCA is a plus
