Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire budgeting process, from initial planning and forecasting to final reporting and variance analysis.
- Monitor marketing and operational spending to ensure strict compliance with approved budgets and internal controls.
- Perform regular variance analysis by comparing actual performance against forecasts and identifying trends or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop realistic budgets and adjust financial plans based on changing business conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership review.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of budget transactions and ensure data integrity within financial systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in budgeting, financial planning, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using financial reporting software and tools.
