Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze departmental budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance
- Develop financial models and reports for management review
- Coordinate budget submissions across organizational units
- Implement budget control measures and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance
- Support annual budget planning cycles and quarterly reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of budgeting or financial control experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
