Indofood, a leading total food solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled Budgeting System Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, optimization, and maintenance of our enterprise budgeting applications. You will work closely with finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performing solutions within the IBM Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1) environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models using IBM Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting departments to capture business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
- Perform regular system administration, including data loads, cube optimization, and user access management.
- Develop and maintain complex TI/TurboIntegrator processes for data integration and automated reporting.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and provide technical support to end-users to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, workflows, and user manuals.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation to enhance financial planning efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and supporting IBM Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Strong proficiency in TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting and Rules/Feeders development.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables effectively.
