Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure strict adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, construction codes, and quality control measures at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor the usage of materials and resources to prevent wastage and control project costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, including progress updates, site logs, and material inventory.
- Enforce company policies and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Valid valid Site Supervisor/Chargeman license or certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA/SO) and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
