Join our dynamic team at Private Advertiser as a Building Defect Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of construction quality and safety. We are a reputable construction company specializing in building development, registered with CIDB as a G7 contractor. In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying, documenting, and overseeing the rectification of building defects to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive building defect inspections and audits across project sites
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to schedule defect rectification works
- Prepare detailed technical reports on defects, causes, and recommended solutions
- Monitor and verify quality of rectification works to ensure compliance with specifications
- Implement and maintain defect tracking systems and documentation protocols
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers regarding defect resolutions
- Ensure adherence to CIDB regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to proactively identify potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building defect supervision or construction management
- Strong knowledge of CIDB requirements, building codes, and construction standards
- Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Certification in defect inspection or quality management is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with defect management software and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
