Are you a skilled electrical technician looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment? The Keranjang, a premier destination in Kuta, Bali, is seeking a dedicated Building Electrical Maintenance & Engineering professional to join our facility operations team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our electrical infrastructure, ensuring that our property remains safe, efficient, and fully operational for our guests and staff. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and system optimization. We are looking for a hands-on individual who understands the critical nature of building electrical systems and is committed to technical excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on all building electrical systems, including lighting, power panels, and backup generators.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including short circuits, wiring issues, and faulty MCBs (Miniature Circuit Breakers).
- Conduct regular load monitoring and energy management to ensure building efficiency.
- Maintain technical logs and maintenance reports for all electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to execute small-scale electrical upgrades and installations.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical service requests to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with Indonesian safety standards (PUIL) and internal company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in building maintenance, specifically in electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuit theory, including the function and operation of MCBs, contactors, and relays.
- Relevant technical/vocational degree (SMK) in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Ability to read and interpret single-line electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Bali.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to work in various building conditions and heights when required.
