Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions, including lighting, power circuits, and distribution boards.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment in commercial/residential buildings.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve electrical efficiency.
- Coordinate with property management for site-specific electrical upgrades or emergency repairs.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with the Philippine Electrical Code and company safety standards.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of electrical tools, parts, and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- High School graduate or Vocational Diploma holder.
- Must possess a valid TESDA Electrician NC I or NC II certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in building or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and manual wiring techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in shifting schedules if required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for safety hazards.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to San Juan City, Metro Manila.
