We are currently seeking a highly competent and proactive Building Engineer to oversee the technical operations of our prestigious property in Metro Manila.
In this critical role, you will be responsible and accountable in the planning, execution, and timely delivery of the Property's 52-Week Engineering Calendar. You will take full ownership of the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and full compliance with safety standards.
As a key member of our management team, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage the engineering budget, and coordinate with external contractors and regulatory bodies. You will play a vital role in enhancing asset value, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Your ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions will be essential to the property's success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of the 52-Week Engineering Calendar to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed effectively.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and fire protection systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage the engineering budget, track expenditure, and source cost-effective solutions for repairs and supplies.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and government agencies regarding permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption to reduce operational costs.
- Respond to facility emergencies and tenant service requests promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related Engineering course.
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) – PRC License is required.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in building operations, property management, or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Elevators.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience handling a team of technicians.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS software.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, management, and external stakeholders.
