In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the standards of our facilities, ensuring seamless building operations, and fostering excellent relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily onsite operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating with vendors to maintain the structural and aesthetic integrity of our properties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily building operations to ensure high standards of facility maintenance and hygiene.
- Supervise onsite technical teams, cleaning staff, and third-party contractors to ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of building premises, including M&E systems, common areas, and structural components.
- Handle tenant feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage building expenses, ensuring operations remain within the assigned budget.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on building performance, maintenance schedules, and incident logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Property/Real Estate Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in building operations or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of M&E building systems and property maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage tenant relations.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and commitment to service excellence.
