In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a harmonious living and working environment. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating Annual General Meetings (AGM), managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all facility maintenance is performed to the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who can effectively resolve resident inquiries, enforce property regulations, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day building operations and facility upkeep to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Act as the primary liaison for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGM), including preparation of agendas, minutes, and reporting.
  • Supervise and coordinate with security, cleaning, and maintenance vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Enforce by-laws and property rules to maintain order and property value.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and building codes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma qualification in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in property management, building administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle resident relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
