Are you an experienced property professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are a dynamic property management firm currently expanding our portfolio and seeking a dedicated Building Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring that residential and commercial buildings are maintained to the highest standards while providing excellent service to Joint Management Bodies (JMB).
As a Building Executive, you will oversee day-to-day building maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and act as a key liaison between the management office and residents. We pride ourselves on creating value for our clients, and we are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills to manage property-related challenges effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities and common areas.
- Liaise with JMB members and residents to address concerns, feedback, and requests promptly.
- Supervise third-party contractors and service providers to ensure work quality and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform regular building inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Manage the administration of property management records, reports, and billing processes.
- Coordinate and attend JMB meetings to provide operational updates and professional recommendations.
- Monitor and enforce building house rules and policies to ensure harmonious community living.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, building maintenance, or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of the Strata Management Act 2013 (SMA 2013) and relevant building regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle conflict professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
