Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring maintenance standards are met
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Coordinate property inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor property conditions, identify issues, and implement preventive measures
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve property management objectives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building management or site supervision
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising teams
