- Oversee warehouse facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular facility inspections
- Manage facility-related budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services and renovations
- Implement business continuity plans and emergency response protocols
- Monitor facility performance metrics and prepare maintenance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/facility management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience managing facility budgets and vendor contracts
- Proficiency in facility management software (CMMS, CMMS systems)
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
