As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough site inspections, verifying material quality, and ensuring that construction activities align with approved blueprints and building codes. Your keen eye for detail will help identify potential issues early, preventing costly delays and ensuring the structural integrity of our properties. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Verify that all materials used comply with specifications and local regulations.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Document inspection findings and report any structural defects or safety violations immediately.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations on all job sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in landed house project development.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid driver's license is required for site travel.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
