Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, monitor, and optimize project budgets to ensure financial efficiency
- Develop comprehensive construction plans including site preparation, material procurement, and tool management
- Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage client interruptions and complaints with prompt, professional solutions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for seamless project execution
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports and incident logs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
- Certification in construction safety management (OSHA/SNI) preferred
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
