Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety)
- Perform minor repairs on doors, windows, walls, and structural elements
- Manage painting, cleaning, and general upkeep of common areas and exteriors
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and work orders
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and tenant concerns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in building maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential property maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, climbing, and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Valid driver's license preferred for multi-site maintenance coverage
- Good communication skills in English and Tagalog
