New Bob Realty is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Penang. As a key member of our property management division, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team of technicians, coordinate with external contractors, and maintain a high standard of living conditions for our tenants. You will play a crucial role in identifying maintenance needs, planning repairs, and ensuring our properties remain in top-notch condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the building facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for repairs and services.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports and budgets.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Valid trade certification (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and building standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Penang.
