Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Execute timely repairs on building fixtures, hardware, and structural elements as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized facility repairs or major overhauls.
- Monitor and record utility consumption, including electricity and water, to optimize facility efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls from tenants or staff.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or TESDA certification in Building Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or building operations.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, basic plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with building occupants.
- Ability to work flexible shifts or respond to on-call requests when necessary.
