Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical networks, plumbing fixtures, and structural components
- Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting for facility equipment malfunctions
- Execute building safety inspections and compliance checks
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory control for spare parts
- Implement energy-efficient maintenance practices to reduce operational costs
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and facility-related concerns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in building technology, facilities management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial/residential maintenance roles
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Valid certification in building safety standards (e.g., OSHA, PRC) preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
- Basic knowledge of building automation systems (BAS)
