Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Execute general repairs including painting, carpentry, lighting fixture replacement, and masonry.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inventory, and repair histories.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot facility issues on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical School certification in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related trade.
- Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using standard hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call rotations when necessary.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Makati City.
