Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Conduct facility inspections to identify potential hazards and maintenance needs
- Operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment including textile machinery support systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with safety officers to ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience in industrial settings
- Vocational diploma or certification in mechanical/electrical engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing repairs
- Valid electrical/plumbing certification (A/B class) desirable
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Basic proficiency in computerized maintenance systems
- Physical ability to work in elevated areas and perform manual labor
