We are currently seeking a skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Application Developer to join our innovative team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software applications that drive our building automation and energy efficiency initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex building systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications for Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Integrate hardware sensors, controllers, and IoT devices into centralized management platforms.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and dashboards for real-time building monitoring and control.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code to improve system responsiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with international automation standards and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide technical documentation for application architecture and system maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, specifically within the BMS or Industrial Automation sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, or LonWorks.
- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-based integration services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
