Are you an experienced property professional looking to lead operations at a dynamic site? All Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Manager to join our team in Puncak Alam. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for property operations, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards while fostering a positive environment for all residents.

As the Building Manager, you will oversee the daily operational efficiency of the building, manage vendor relationships, and ensure full compliance with strata management regulations. You will play a crucial role in budget administration, maintenance scheduling, and resolving resident inquiries. We are looking for a natural leader who is comfortable managing diverse stakeholders, navigating technical maintenance issues, and maintaining operational excellence under the Strata Management Act.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily property operations and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Manage service providers and vendors, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Administer the building budget, track expenses, and manage procurement processes for maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Strata Management Act (SMA) and other relevant housing regulations.
  • Coordinate regular building inspections and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Handle resident complaints, inquiries, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare regular site reports and updates for the management committee.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building management, property management, or facility operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Strata Management Act (SMA 757) and related legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflict effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated property management team.
