Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, security, and utilities management
- Manage tenant relations and service quality through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Supervise facility staff including technicians, security personnel, and contractors
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Manage operational budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and property management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in building or property management role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations
- Proven staff supervision and vendor management capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
