Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for building materials products
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Provide expert product knowledge and solutions to client inquiries
- Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction/building materials industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Understanding of construction materials and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
