Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain building cleanliness, safety standards, and general upkeep
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, correspondence, and deliveries
- Assist with basic building maintenance requests and repairs
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services and office needs
- Organize office spaces and ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- SPM Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Previous experience in building or office support preferred
