Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily building maintenance and project-related tasks to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors to track project progress, quality control, and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project milestones, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and resolve onsite building issues to maintain high facility performance.
- Conduct regular site audits to evaluate building systems and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project support, building maintenance, or facilities coordination.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, building safety standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict project timelines.
