In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, setting the tone for a positive and professional experience. You will manage the flow of people through our building, handle administrative front-desk duties, and contribute to a safe and organized workplace.

As a Building Receptionist, you will be the bridge between our company and the outside world. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, determine their purpose of visit, and assist them in navigating the building and office areas.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, lobby, and conference rooms to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
  • Handle mail and package deliveries, ensuring proper logging, security screening, and distribution to the correct recipients.
  • Coordinate with building security personnel to manage visitor access, issue badges, and ensure strict adherence to security protocols.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for facility maintenance requests and vendor management.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role, preferably within a corporate or building management setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment (phone systems, printers, computers) and office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Punctual, professional, and possesses a friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to company policies.
