Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations across all mall areas
- Lead and coordinate housekeeping staff schedules, assignments, and performance monitoring
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment
- Coordinate with security, administration, and tenant relations for seamless operations
- Implement and enforce emergency response procedures for facility incidents
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor, or Building Supervisor in reputable malls or office buildings
- Proven team leadership and staff management capabilities in facility operations
- Deep understanding of commercial cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in high-traffic environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Certification in facility management or related field is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and emergency situations
- Proficiency in facility management software and reporting systems
