Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Conduct daily facility inspections to identify safety hazards and operational issues
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize facility downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt solutions
- Manage facility-related documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in building maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a building technician or facilities maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Certification in safety protocols (e.g., OSHA equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical blueprints and maintenance manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
